Job Posting Pricing
Job Posting Pricing Model
- Step 1
Job Posting
Employer posts a job.
A payment method is required before posting.
- Step 2
Initial Payment (50%)
Payment is charged when the employer clicks on any applicant’s profile.
Example: 3 employees × $50 × 50% = $75 initial payment.
- Step 3
Application Views
The first 2 applications are free.
Example: A 3-employee job can view up to 5 applications total (3 paid + 2 free).
After 5 applications, each additional application view is $25.
- Step 4
Accept & Remaining Payment
When the employer clicks “Accept,” they enter the employee’s start date (within 7 days of acceptance).
The remaining 50% is charged automatically 1 week after the start date, unless “Stop Hiring” is clicked.
- Step 5
Refund Policy
The initial 50% is non-refundable.
If the employee does not work within 7 days of the start date, the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- Step 6
Platform Protection
Applications and resumes become fully visible only after the employer clicks “Accept.”
There is a $500 penalty for off-platform hiring.
A valid payment method is required for all job postings.
