Find and Hire Part-Timer Terms

Kindly review these Find and Hire Part-Timer Terms (referred to as the “Part-Timer Terms”) with due diligence.

These Part-Timer Terms are applicable to all users (“Part-Timers”) utilizing the Website or engaging with the Services to respond to job opportunities posted by Employers for part-time employment (“Part-Timer Services“).

These Part-Timer Terms, when integrated into the General Terms of Use, establish the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your utilization of the website as a Part-Timer.

In the event of any conflict between these Part-Timer Terms and the General Terms of Use, the provision(s) within these Part-Timer Terms will prevail, but only to the extent of such conflict. Terms in uppercase not explicitly defined herein will carry the meanings specified in the General Terms of Use. We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, make modifications to these Part-Timer Terms moving forward. Notice of the most recent update date will be provided above.

Whenever the Part-Timer utilizes the Find and Hire services, the Part-Timer explicitly recognizes and consents to both the Part-Timer Terms and the General Terms of Use.

 

  1. Part-Timer Services.The Part-Timer Services provided by Find and Hire under this agreement encompass the creation of profiles, access to Job Postings, and getting recent Par-Time job market trends and relevant information.

 

  1. License to Customer Content. In addition to the license granted in Section 5.4 of the General Terms of Use, it is important to be aware that by creating a public profile through Find and Hire Properties, you explicitly grant consent for our utilization of Customer Content. This includes your name, likeness, location, job history, image, photo, video, voice, documentation, and appearance that you provide. This usage is specifically in connection with our Part-Timer database, which Employers can access and employ to invite you to apply for jobs. If there are certain aspects of Customer Content that you prefer not to be accessible by Employers, kindly refrain from incorporating such content into your profile. Furthermore, when you submit an application to an Employer through the Find and Hire Properties, you expressly authorize us to utilize Customer Content in connection with your application and the transmission of your application and profile information to the designated Employer.

 

  1. Posting Reviews.

3.1 The Part-Timer Services enable Part-Timers to submit reviews, ratings, and comments about Employers with whom they have engaged through the Find and Hire Properties (collectively referred to as “Reviews“). Each Part-Timer assumes sole responsibility for the content, opinions, statements, or recommendations contained in their Reviews. Reviews posted on our Services are not endorsed by Find and Hire and do not reflect the perspectives of Find and Hire. It is acknowledged that any opinions, statements, recommendations, ratings, offers, advice, or other information presented in any Review are the sole responsibility of their respective authors. Consequently, you, and not Find and Hire, bear sole responsibility and liability for any Reviews you post, including the content therein.

By posting Reviews, you grant Find and Hire a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and irrevocable right to:

(a) host, use, replicate, alter, execute, adapt, translate, disseminate, publish, generate derivative works from, and publicly display and execute such Content globally in any medium, presently recognized or henceforth invented;

(b) provide, promote, and enhance the Services and make your Review shared on the Services available to other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication of such Content, subject to our Privacy Policy and this Agreement; and

(d) use the name and/or username (account number) submitted by you in connection with your Review. It is recognized that Find and Hire may choose to provide attribution to your Review at our discretion. You also grant Find and Hire the right to pursue legal action against any person or entity that violates your or Find and Hire’s rights in your Review through a breach of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that your Review is non-confidential and non-proprietary. Furthermore, you affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses, rights (including copyright and other proprietary rights), consents, and permissions to publish and use your Review as authorized herein.

 

  1. Additional Disclaimer of Warranties. In addition to the disclaimer of warranties and conditions detailed in the General Terms of Use:

4.1 Find and Hire cannot ensure and does not commit to any employment or other precise outcomes arising from the utilization of the services. No counsel or information, whether verbal or written, acquired from Find and Hire or via Find and Hire Properties, shall establish any warranty or assurance not explicitly stated herein.

4.2 None of the services, content, materials, or other information available on or through our website should be interpreted as employment, career, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are advised to seek counsel customized to your specific situation from a qualified professional if you have any inquiries concerning such matters.
